RACV Wodonga is seeking a customer service specialist to join our retail outlet. This permanent part time role (32 hours) involves assisting members in-store and via the Memberline with home, motor, travel, and insurance enquiries, delivering exceptional service and solutions.

You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, work on a 6-week rotating roster, and complete a 7-week training program. Exciting employee benefits include staff discounts and roadside assistance.
