Unisys is seeking a Senior Technical Field Engineer in Canberra to install, diagnose, maintain and service End User Productivity equipment and related services. You will provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.

The role requires a robust focus on customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work with service partners to support infrastructure at client locations.
