Estia Health is seeking a Well-being & Lifestyle Worker to provide personal care and meaningful activities for residents in our Victoria aged care home. You will help residents feel valued, safe, and connected, while learning about their interests and facilitating enjoyable daily routines.

This part time role includes Fridays and weekend shifts; you will join a supportive team in a growing sector dedicated to person-centered care, with access to wellbeing resources and staff discounts.
