Greca is a modern Greek taverna located riverside beneath Brisbane's iconic Story Bridge. We're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and part of The Apollo Restaurant Group , which includes celebrated venues like The Apollo, Yoko Dining, and Cho Cho San. About the Role
We're looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a quick-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development.
What You'll Do

- Cook and prep with a focus on grilled meats and seafood




- Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively in a high-energy team

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years' experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired)
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Calm, efficient, and focused under pressure
