Must Have:

- Must have prior "Lead" experience as a MS Dynamics Developer.
- Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and Azure solution design
- Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
- Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
- Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
- Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.
- Lead by example as a hands-on contributor while enabling team success and delivery excellence.
- Perform code reviews and establish development standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Create an environment where team members are empowered to contribute, innovate, grow, and perform at their best.
- Coach and mentor developers, supporting their technical and qualified growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert and ensure effective transfer of solution-critical knowledge.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Architect, design,



and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.
- Strong expertise in Dataverse design and development, including data modelling, table relationships, business rules, security architecture, plug-ins, workflows, data migration, and system integrations.
- Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
- Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.
- Define technical roadmaps, integration patterns, and solution deployment strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Development & Delivery

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to refine and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop detailed technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Build and configure Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, plugins, and integrations.




- Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
- Lead functional workstreams and coordinate activities across developers, testers, business SMEs, and project teams.
- Support application deployments, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support.

Integration & Cloud Services

- Design and implement integrations using Azure services and enterprise integration patterns.
- Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, App Services, Storage Services, and Key Vault.
- Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

DevOps & Quality Assurance

- Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Establish automated deployment and testing practices.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering principles, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage development environments and support large-scale solution deployments.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Leverage AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve productivity, development practices, solution design, and testing approaches.
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with Microsoft technology roadmaps and emerging industry trends.
