About the Role This hands-on position involves setting up and operating industrial multi-head embroidery machines while ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality embroidered garments within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, thread and operate industrial embroidery machines
Load and position garments using hoops and frames
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
Conduct quality inspections to ensure embroidery meets specifications
Troubleshoot thread breaks, needle issues and minor machine faults
Adjust thread tension and machine settings as required
Read and interpret job sheets and embroidery designs
Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
