Estimator with Ground Improvement, Ground Engineering, Slope Stabilisation experienceto join their team.
The successful candidate will have local (Australia) experience in estimating scopes including - Jet Grouting, Ground Anchoring (Soil nailing & Rock bolting), Slope stabilisation, Ground Improvement, Shotcrete, and Foundation piling.
The Role You’ll report directly to one of the Senior Designers & Estimators, working collaboratively within a high-performing team to contribute to our client’s tendering output. The team offers a positive and supportive culture that encourages innovation, strong collaboration and gold-standard communication, while providing a flexible and autonomous working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and submitting tenders for Jet Grouting and ground improvement projects
Preparing and submitting competitive tenders for basement shoring and retention wall projects
Preparing and submitting tenders for government and council slope stabilisation and remediation works
Preparing and submitting tenders for major infrastructure projects across Australia

What are we looking for?
Proven estimating experience within the geotechnical and civil construction industry
Previous design experience within a civil or geotechnical environment
Practical site-based construction experience
1-3 years' estimating experience within the civil or geotechnical construction industry
Strong first-principles estimating capability
Experience developing, reviewing and managing subcontractor work packages
Civil Engineering degree preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong technical knowledge with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes
