You will coordinate inspections, manage an ESM calendar, and produce AESMR reports while liaising with the Owners Corporation and FMV teams. You will bring 5+ years in building compliance or facilities management, with robust Victorian ESM knowledge, contractor management skills and CMMS/BMS familiarity; national
