You’ll ensure payroll is processed flawlessly, accounts are reconciled on time, and compliance obligations are met without a hitch. Manage end-to-end

payroll processing

using

Employment Hero , ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian legislation. Prepare and lodge BAS, single touch payroll, pay day superannuation, and other

statutory obligations . Work closely with the Finance Assistant to ensure

suppliers and carers

are paid correctly and on time. Maintain accurate financial records by preparation of

reconciliations Complete

month-end close

including journals in

QuickBooks . Own the process that keeps

track

of each child/young person’s

individual P&L; Identify

process improvements

and proactively resolve payroll or accounting discrepancies before they escal… Assist with

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

to support decision-making. Assist with annual interim and final

audit preparation .



Collaborate with HR and department managers

to resolve payroll queries promptly and professionally. What You’ll Bring

Solid all round accounting experience with

3+ years post qualifications experience At least

5 years’ experience in payroll

processing and exposure to

Employment Hero Payroll

platform desirable Strong knowledge of Australian payroll

legislation and familiarity with awards Hands-on experience with out of the box accounting software ( QuickBooks preferred) ) System savvy

with advanced Excel skills and the ability to work across systems A

proactive, solutions-focused mindset Exceptional
