Australian Athletics is seeking a dynamic leader to cover a 9-month parental leave as a 0.6 FTE role (3 days/week). You will lead and develop our Performance Coach Developers, partner with the AIS Performance Coaching program, and drive Event Group Panels to shape technical and tactical excellence nationwide.

You’ll bring international-level High Performance coaching experience, a proven ability to lead under pressure, and solid stakeholder relationships to support coaches and athletes toward
