to join our national Facilities Maintenance team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail sites, maintaining and repairing essential HVAC and refrigeration systems — from
chillers and AHUs to CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems. This is an opportunity to work on

No two days are exactly the same. You'll be responsible for keeping critical equipment operating safely, efficiently and reliably. You’ll: Complete
preventative, reactive and planned maintenance
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
Service and maintain
chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration systems
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance activities
Assemble, install, test and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Inspect refrigeration and chilled water systems
Identify opportunities to complete works more efficiently and cost-effectively
Complete building inspections and provide transparent reports
Complete work orders, risk assessments and required documentation
Participate in an
after-hours/on-call roster
