The Role

End-to-end management of a small residential rental portfolio

Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Preparing leases, notices, and routine correspondence

Managing arrears,



renewals, and routine inspections

Light reception duties and general office administration

Supporting the team as required

About You (Essential)

Proven residential property management experience (essential)

Strong organisation and time management skills

Confident handling tenant and landlord communication

High attention to detail and compliance awareness

Professional, reliable, and self-managed

Comfortable working independently within established systems
