Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) - Part Time

Early Minds Lidcombe is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a passionate, confident and professional ECT with a minimum of 2 years' demonstrated experience working in an ECT role. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs Support individual children's learning and developmental goals Build strong relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with educators and service leadership Strong commitment to child safety, supervision and high-quality practice About you ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification Minimum 2 years' experience as an ECT Current NESA accreditation/registration where required Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards Robust programming, observations and documentation skills Current Working With Children Check Supportive and approachable leadership Dedicated programming time Well-resourced learning environments Positive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow within the Early Minds organisation
