ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Support Worker to provide overnight support (inactive sleepover shifts) for a client based in Mona Vale.
This role suits someone who is reliable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred carein a home setting.
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting a client in their home during overnight shifts, assisting with evening and morning routines, personal care, and providing companionship to ensure the client feels comfortable and supported.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with bedtime routine and personal care and assisting with medications
Morning shower assistance
Feeding simple meals (as per their meal time management plan)
