to join a well-established manufacturer in South Windsor, producing quality products for the

water treatment industry . WORK 12-HOUR SHIFTS & GET 4–5 DAYS OFF

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

12-hour rotating day & night roster

Day: 6:00am–6:00pm

Night: 6:00pm–6:00am

4–5 consecutive days off

Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate

Sunday – 2x penalty rate

Immediate starts

Ongoing work with long-term potential

THE ROSTER

2 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF 2 Days - 3 Nights - 4 Days OFF 3 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately 2 weekends per month. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Operating manufacturing machinery

Monitoring production processes

Assembling and testing components

Completing quality checks

Recording production information

Following SOPs and safety procedures

Manual handling and moving components

Keeping the production area clean and protected





WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience Strong safety awareness Good attention to detail Reliable and hardworking Comfortable working 12-hour day & night shifts Physically fit for standing, repetitive work and manual handling Reliable transport – essential due to shift times and limited public transport Full, unrestricted Australian working rights Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing will be highly regarded. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

You don't need to know the site from day one. Training will be provided across the machinery, processes and site procedures. We're looking for people with a solid manufacturing background who are keen to learn, reliable and ready for a long-term opportunity. READY FOR A CHANGE?
