What's In It For You? $36.81 per hour + Super Weekly pay Local Government environment Genuine chance for permanent employment Monday to Friday | 7am - 3pm Supportive and experienced team Build valuable Local Government experience

What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of a team responsible for keeping local roads and community infrastructure

safe, maintained and looking their best.

Your role will include:

Road, footpath, kerb & channel and drainage maintenance

Asphalt patching, minor concreting and bluestone repairs

Operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors and other civil plant

Driving

MR trucks

and transporting materials and equipment





Responding to road defects and maintenance requestsInstalling and maintaining traffic management equipment and signage

Conducting pre-starts and basic equipment maintenance

Completing work orders and reporting hazards

Working as part of a team to deliver quality results for the community

What We're Looking For We want someone who is

reliable, practical, safety-focused and ready to get stuck in.

You must have:

Current

MR Truck Licence

Current

VicRoads 5-year demerit point history

Current

Working With Children Check

Current

Police Check

Experience in road maintenance, civil construction or infrastructure

Experience operating civil plant and machinery

Construction

White Card

Strong commitment to safety

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

First Aid Certificate

HR Licence

Confined Space Ticket

Additional civil construction tickets

The Details Monday to Friday | Generally 7:00am - 3:00pm
