CareChoice in Victoria is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist NDIS participants in the Eastern Suburbs. You will provide person-centred support and help participants achieve their goals with a calm, skilled approach. Key requirements include a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability and 2+ years’ experience, with mental health and complex behaviours experience. A valid driver’s licence, WWCC, First Aid/CPR are essential for community access.
