This role offers market aligned remuneration Synergie is looking for a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to support and grow our brand-new Brisbane operation based in North Brisbane. As a new location opening due to strategic growth, this is a prime opportunity for a natural builder who wants to capitalise on our existing business foundations and truly shape a branch from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong client relationships, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping drive branch growth within a fast-paced blue-collar recruitment environment.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing both client relationships and workforce operations while supporting a small team. What you’ll be doing: Driving branch growth by expanding on existing business foundations and identifying new market opportunities Managing recruitment delivery and workforce coordination across key accounts Leading, mentoring and growing a small team of consultants and on-site workforce Conducting regular client visits and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships Assisting with branch performance, operational delivery,
