Belgravia Leisure is seeking a proactive Venue Manager to lead the Bribie Island Aquatic Leisure Centre. You will manage operations, finances and programs while building a capable team and delivering outstanding community-focused service.

You will recruit, mentor and evaluate staff, ensure safety and compliance, and work with council partners to achieve KPIs and growth. The role requires leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management at pace.
