What you'll be doing

Taking end-to-end ownership of the P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Owning variance analysis and turning the numbers into clear, actionable insight for leadership

Building business cases and financial models for major initiatives — think new leases, third-party deals, or current revenue streams

Running scenario and sensitivity analysis to stress-test key business decisions





Partnering with Senior Strategic Business Partners on financial risk analysis and mitigation

Driving improvements to reporting, forecasting and the tools/systems behind them

Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5

What you'll bring

CA/CPA qualified essential

Strong experience in FP&A;, within retail across stores and lease portfolio

End-to-end P&L; ownership experience is essential

Experience managing revenue streams from tenants/leases

Solid understanding of leasing models and their financial impact

Comfortable operating across a portfolio of $500m+

Excellent stakeholder management skills — you can influence and build trust with senior leaders

Proven people leadership experience essential
