About the Opportunity Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced

Customer Care Coordinator

to join our valued client in

Acacia Ridge, Brisbane .

Hours : Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am – 4:00pm

Duration : Casual assignment, approximately 6 months

What You’ll be Doing

Manage incoming customer calls and enquiries

Coordinate and allocate work to relevant internal teams

Monitor and manage customer service queues

Process customer invoicing and administrative tasks

Support scheduling and workflow coordination activities

Prepare reports, summaries, and performance data

Review alerts and identify trends to support continuous improvement

Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting KPI requirements





Assist with reception and general administrative duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or customer care environment

Knowledge of systems such as AX desirable

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment
