Key Responsibilities Human-Centred Design

Proven experience applying human-centred design methods to real-world, complex problems

Ability to balance customer needs with business and technical constraints

Enterprise and Workflow Design

Experience designing for complex workflows, enterprise applications, B2B experiences, or operational platforms

Comfort working with multi-step processes, business rules, and system-driven constraints Systems Thinking

Ability to understand and design across interconnected journeys, workflows, and underlying systems

Capacity to see how a single design decision affects the broader operational and technical ecosystem

UX and Prototyping

Solid craft skills in service design, experience design, wireframing, and prototyping





Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on evidence

AI-Augmented Design

Experience using AI-assisted design tools — such as generative wireframing and prototyping features, AI-assisted layout and content variant generation — to accelerate ideation and exploration

Experience using AI to accelerate research synthesis, including summarising qualitative feedback, identifying patterns across journeys, and surfacing insights faster from research and analytics data

Prior hands-on experience with AI design or research tools is beneficial, but not mandatory.
