We’re working with a leading international architecture and design practice on an exciting upcoming project. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect/ Facade Lead to take ownership of complex façade, roof and building envelope packages across large-scale, high-profile projects. The Role

Lead the development, coordination and delivery of façade and roof packages Develop and review architectural details, drawings and documentation Coordinate façade and roof interfaces with structure, services, waterproofing and other disciplines Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers Maintain design intent while ensuring solutions are practical, coordinated and buildable Review consultant and specialist information Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues Attend design reviews, workshops and coordination meetings Take ownership of package delivery, quality and project timelines What We're Looking For

5–10 years' professional architectural experience Master's degree in Architecture Australian Architectural Registration preferred,



or working towards registration Strong experience across façade, roof and/or building envelope packages Strong technical documentation and detailing skills Excellent knowledge of Revit and BIM Experience with Rhino; Grasshopper highly regarded Good understanding of the NCC and Australian façade standards Confident communicating with clients, consultants and project teams Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to lead a significant architectural package within a multidisciplinary team What’s on Offer
