Programmed GO is seeking an experienced HR, Payroll & Compliance Coordinator for a hands-on role in South-Western Sydney. You will own recruitment, onboarding and employee records while coordinating payroll, contracts and workplace policies.
The role requires handling workers compensation and Return to Work matters and ensuring compliance with Contemporary Awards and Fair Work Act. You will support managers and employees, interpret employment legislation, and contribute to WHS and wellbeing
