EXPERIENCED BARTENDER / FOH ALL-ROUNDER – CARNEGIEHey guysI’m Thomas, Bar Manager at TYGA Restaurant, a Southeast Asian restaurant in Carnegie.
With summer coming up, we’re looking for an experienced bartender to join our team on a casual basis.
The role would initially be around 2 regular bar shifts per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional FOH shifts as well depending on your availability and business needs — potentially making this a much more regular weekly role.
We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar but also comfortable jumping onto the floor when needed.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous cocktail bartending experience required
* Confident working independently behind the bar
* Comfortable following cocktail specs and doing basic batching/prep




* Reliable, organised and clean
* Comfortable during busy services
* Some restaurant / floor experience
* Weekend availability
* Victorian RSA
