Interchange Australia Limited is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team to help clients in their own homes across the Southern Highlands during the Christmas and New Year period, with potential for ongoing work beyond the holidays.

You will assist people with disabilities and older adults to live independently, travel within Southern Highlands, and perform personal care, domestic tasks, social support, transport and meal preparation. Flexible schedule available.
