DEAR NONNA IS LOOKING FOR BARTENDERS Dear Nonna | Gregory Hills | Opening February 2027Dear Nonna is a new Italian restaurant and bar, mixing tradition with a modern style. Fresh pasta made every day, wood-fired pizza and a drinks list inspired by Italy, from the morning espresso to the evening Negroni.
We're building our bar team from scratch and we're looking for experienced bartenders who are just as confident on the coffee machine as they are on the cocktail station. If you can do both well, we want you on the opening team. BARTENDER / BARISTA
* At least 2 years' experience as a bartender in a busy venue
* Solid barista

skills:
great espresso, properly textured milk, consistent latte art
* Robust knowledge of classic cocktails \*Creative,



with the ability to develop signature cocktails
* Fast and organised during peak service, on both coffee and drinks
* Excellent knowledge of spirits and wine
* Keeps the bar clean, stocked and ready, with good habits on prep and stock
* Friendly and confident with guests
