Connor Clothing in Melbourne is seeking a energetic State Manager to drive performance across our growing network of stores. You will lead Ops, Area, and Store Managers, set state-wide strategies, and champion an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll coach leaders, foster ownership and accountability, manage wages, expenses, stock, and plan new store openings to sustain rapid growth. Travel is part of the role, and a driver’s license is required.
