2010 Capability HR is seeking an HR Business Partner for an HR consultancy to support a portfolio of Australian clients. The role blends advisory work with ER case management, operating in a hybrid mode from our Barangaroo office in Sydney, NSW.

You will manage day-to-day HR/ER advice, draft and review contracts, support onboarding/offboarding, and participate in workforce planning and system improvements while building trusted client relationships.
