Endeavour Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Retail Operations (Retail Wages) to lead wage reporting, budgeting and forecasting for BWS and Dan Murphy’s. You will partner with the Store Operations State Leadership team across WA, SA and NT, blending commercial insight with data to influence store performance and profitability.

You will oversee end-to-end financial controls, support monthly close, and mentor colleagues across Finance and Operations in a fast-paced retail workplace.
