Business Development Manager Foodservice Brisbane

Groenz, the business behind Frenchmaid and Kiwi Style, supplies sauces, dressings and condiments to foodservice distributors, restaurants, cafes, clubs and QSR brands across Australia and New Zealand. We are adding a Business Development Manager in Brisbane, and we want someone with a few strong years of foodservice behind them who is ready for a bigger patch and a better platform.

The job

Grow sales and gross margin across Queensland. You will win new end users, build the distributor relationships that put us on more shelves, and grow the accounts we already have. You will report to our Queensland State Sales Manager and work with our culinary and commercial teams.

· Win and convert new foodservice customers with chefs, operators, and groups

· Work with distributors to grow listings and range

· Plan and run your key accounts for growth and margin

· Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM

· Manage pricing and promotions commercially

About you

· Ideally a minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales experience, with key accounts in Queensland

· Food manufacturer background preferred. FMCG, distribution or hospitality sales will be considered if you know foodservice

· An established or growing network of distributors, chefs, and operators

· Confident with a CRM and a disciplined approach to pipeline

· Commercial, self-driven and comfortable owning a number

· A current driver's license and the right to work in Australia
