Heidelberg Materials Australia is recruiting a Quarry Maintenance and Mining Supervisor at Red Hill Quarry. You will oversee maintenance tasks for daily mining and crushing operations, coordinate an in office stripping fleet, and report to the Quarry Manager to minimise downtime and optimise performance.

You will lead a team, enforce safety and environmental regulations, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement to achieve production targets while maintaining strong stakeholder
