Mercure Perth is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our busy dining venues in the heart of Perth. You will welcome guests across the restaurant, bar and event spaces, delivering flawless service and sharing knowledge of local menus and promotions.

Role requires an RSA certificate and a friendly, team-driven attitude. You will work on a rotating roster across mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays to ensure seamless guest experiences.
