Yamaha Motor Australia invites an experienced HR Business Partner to join the NSW HR Division. This hands-on role supports leaders across the organisation, coaches managers, handles complex people matters, and drives WHS, DEI and culture initiatives.
You will lead WHS activities, coordinate Return to Work programs, and help implement an ISO45001-certified WHS Management System while working with the broader HR team to enhance workforce capability.
