JJ Care Services is seeking a Workforce Planning Coordinator to manage rostering, scheduling and HR admin in our Gymea Bay office. This role collaborates with another planner and supports a nine-person office team.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and compliance while ensuring productive rosters and proactive day-to-day workforce support. This is a full-time, office-based position.
