Magenta Community Services– Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Support Partner – Complex Needs. The role blends hands-on participant support with staff leadership, rostering, risk management and operational coordination in a full-time hybrid setup.

You’ll lead a team to deliver protected, person-centred supports for participants with complex behavioural and psychosocial needs, while ensuring alignment with NDIS standards and organisational requirements.
