Whitefriars College Inc is seeking a Property & Grounds Manager to oversee the college's buildings, grounds and facilities in Melbourne. The role starts in Term 4, 2026 and is a full-time position reporting to the Business Manager, with responsibility for maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure a welcoming workplace for students, staff and visitors while aligning with the Carmelite tradition and Child Safe
