Arcare Werribee is seeking a Residence Manager for our 120-bed home. You will lead a diverse team, oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, and ensure high-quality care and a secure living environment for residents.

In this permanent full-time role, you’ll manage budgets, drive quality improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening may be required.
