NSW Health, Mid North Coast Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service, is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Health Clinician (Level 4) at Coffs Harbour Health Campus. You will deliver specialist, person-centred rehabilitation and case management to adults and young people with ABI/TBI, focusing on cognitive, behavioural and psychosocial outcomes.

Working with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, you will tailor rehabilitation plans, coordinate care and help clients maximise independence
