Beaumont People is working with a Charity in the Sydney CBD to appoint an IT Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) for a 4–8 week temporary role covering staff holidays. The successful candidate will deliver frontline IT support focused on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra and the ITIL framework.

You will handle high-volume inquiries in a structured desk environment with solid communication, prioritisation and attention to detail.
