About the Role
We are excited to welcome applications from Graduate Social Workers for our 2027 Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program. Commencing in February 2027, this 12-month program provides the chance to gain experience across a range of mental health settings, supporting children, young people, adults and older adults across community and inpatient services.
Throughout your graduate year, you’ll develop the foundations of mental health practice, including assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention, while building your confidence and professional identity as a Social Worker.
Importantly, you won’t be expected to figure it all out on your own.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated Social Work Clinical Educator, regular supervision and a structured learning program designed to help you develop both your Social Work practice and broader mental health knowledge and skills.
This is a graduate year designed for learning – giving you the support, experiences and opportunities to grow into the clinician you want to become.
