Wellways is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the Youth Community Living Support Services (YCLSS) within the Local Health District. You will provide day-to-day supervision, coach staff, and ensure high-quality, protected supports while meeting governance and budgetary requirements under the Program Coordinator.
You will also develop stakeholder relationships, manage a small YCLSS caseload, and support participants toward successful transition into adulthood.
