Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Lead to supervise clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care across all operating hours in our Illinois network.

This full time role offers opportunities to collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager, manage daily assignments, and support regulatory compliance while maintaining licensure scope.

The position requires Illinois RN license, CPR certification by AHA, and office/triage RN experience; BSN preferred.
