Tropic Petroleum are seeking a Truck Driver Trainer & Assessor to join their Townsville Depot on a full time basis. The role focuses on recruiting, training and developing drivers, and ensuring health, safety and well-being across operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will run pre-employment assessments, inductions, ongoing driver assessments and toolbox talks to uphold service standards and regulatory compliance.
