NSW Health Pathology is seeking an experienced HR skilled to fill the senior HR Business Partner role, internally titled Human Resources Manager. Based primarily at Westmead, the position offers a highly visible HR presence across Western Sydney Local Health District and allied services.

You will lead strategic workforce initiatives, provide expert advice on complex workforce matters, and support line managers through coaching and development while maintaining a hands-on employee relations
