About the Role

As one of a team of Partnership Managers, you play a vital role in contextualising, delivering and enhancing Future Anything’s award-winning suite of educational programs, maximising the impact of our programs with our partners, and ensuring alignment with our mission.

The role encompasses a diverse mix of learning design, relationship management, educator and student support, facilitating workshops across Australia, plus tasks including administration, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and team collaboration.

It’s a dynamic role, enabling the post-holder to work across diverse school and system settings to make a positive impact in education at a national level.

Learning Design & Program Architecture (25%): You’ll apply your knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, as well as Project-Based Learning, design thinking and entrepreneurial pedagogy, to contribute to curriculum design projects.

Relationship Management & Renewal (30%): You’ll be the warm, generous, and credible key point of contact for a portfolio of Future Anything partners, supporting them before, during, and after program delivery.

Delivery & Facilitation (35%): Using your teaching experience, your knowledge of the latest in design thinking
