Yo My Goodness is seeking an organised Prep Chef to lead daily kitchen preparation and ensure the venue is ready for every service period. You will manage high-volume prep, contribute to menu components and maintain quality and efficiency.

You will guide two or more team members during shifts, uphold food safety standards, use forecasts and stock data to minimise waste, and record production and temperature logs.
