4WD Supacentre leads retail adventures and is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and develop a high‑performing team on the sales floor. You’ll coach staff, support customer conversations, close deals and model best practice in a quick-paced environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll own day‑to‑day performance, work with regional leaders and implement growth strategies across outdoor product categories, while maintaining a strong customer service culture.
