Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager in the Northern Sydney Region to drive guest experience and operational excellence. This hands-on role requires lifting, stock movement, and delivering a protected, vibrant pub environment under the Publican's guidance.

You’ll lead a team of hospitality staff, maintain high service standards, and bring energy and positivity to every shift. RSA/RCG/ARCG credentials are required, with a focus on strong people skills and leadership.
