Mavericks on the Bay, part of Parallel Hospitality Group PTY LTD, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen in Nelson Bay, NSW. You'll work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality seafood and contemporary Australian cuisine.
We're looking for someone with solid Chef de Partie experience, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy service. Weekend and evening shifts are required on a rotating roster.
